EVOPOS Business Help Centre

This integration enables EVOPOS to send transactions to PaymentSense/Dojo terminals.

Requirements

• PaymentSense/Dojo Terminal setup for integrated payments
• Host Address - Example: https://your-account.test.connect.paymentsense.cloud
• API Key
• EVOPOS version 2.09.568 or greater

Setup

There are 2 configurations depending on how many terminals you have and how you want it to work.

Link terminals with workstations

1. In EVOPOS navigate to Settings\Integrations
2. Create a new integration and set a name (Front Counter Terminal, Workshop Terminal)
3. Choose PaymentSense\Dojo from the drop down list
4. Choose a Payment Method (CARDS)
5. Choose which workstation will use the integration by entering in the Workstation IDs
6. Click the choose terminal button and choose a terminal ID (tid) - This will set the default terminal field.
7. Click Save
8. Repeat for each terminal

Choose terminal from a list

1. In EVOPOS navigate to Settings\Integrations
2. Create a new integration and name it CARD TERMINALS
3. Choose PaymentSense\Dojo from the drop down list
4. Choose a Payment Method (CARDS)
5. Choose which workstation will use the integration by entering in the Workstation IDs
6. Click Save

Workstation IDs

Choose what workstations integrate with the terminal.

1. Navigate to Settings\Workstations
2. Choose the Workstation drop down list
3. Take note of all the workstation IDs you want to link with a terminal
4. Navigate to Settings\Integrations
5. Enter your workstation IDs separated by a comma: 10,11,12,16
6. Save

Payments

EVOPOS will now trigger the payment integration when taking a card payment, sending the transaction to the terminal ready for the customer.

If the card requires a signature, EVOPOS will prompt you to confirm the signature.

If the transaction times out, EVOPOS will prompt you to confirm whether the transaction was successful.
